The leading minds in cannabis science together under one roof

Every summer, the Cannabis Science Conference in Portland, Oregon assembles a world-class gathering of cannabis physicians, internationally-acclaimed researchers, holistic therapists, industry entrepreneurs, patient advocates — even old-school cultivators.

With dedicated programming tracks for medical, cultivation, and analytic sciences, the Cannabis Science Conference presents a broad offering of deeply-researched content. It’s entirely too much knowledge to absorb in one symposium, with over two full days of lectures and presentations. However, our trip to Portland proved massively educational and exponentially expanded the Compassionate Alternatives network well beyond our Ohio home base.

It was inspiring and edifying to learn about the ground-breaking cannabis research being conducted in Israel and other sites abroad. We also heard from dozens of US-based thought leaders in the cannabis space — including doctors who are committed to incorporating the science of the endocannabinoid system into the curriculum of all medical students.

We are thrilled to carry this wealth of cutting edge knowledge and insight back to Ohio and our Midwestern patient base. It is our goal to bring some of these speakers to you in person over the coming months!
